• All sales are final on custom, made-to-order, and one-of-a-kind pieces. Each item is handcrafted and unique, so returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for these products. 

• For eligible ready-made items, returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. 

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method within 5 and 10 business days.

• All ready-made items ship within 7 and 10 business days after purchase. We ship through trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, etc. Shipping options and rates will be calculated at time of purchase and are based on location, size, and weight of the item. Tracking will be provided to you after purchase. 

• Local pickup and delivery are available for all items. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup or delivery time. 

• Each item is securely packaged to protect it during transit. Larger or delicate pieces may require special handling or freight services, which will be discussed prior to shipping if applicable. 

• We currently ship within Canada and may accommodate select international orders upon request. Please contact us for a quote.
