Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method within 5 and 10 business days.
All ready-made items ship within 7 and 10 business days after purchase. We ship through trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, etc. Shipping options and rates will be calculated at time of purchase and are based on location, size, and weight of the item. Tracking will be provided to you after purchase.

Local pickup and delivery are available for all items. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup or delivery time.
